Carpets are installed and we couldn't be more satisfied with the overall services Carpet Outlet provided us. There really isn't anything they could have done better, and that's a lot coming from me.

The installation guys were there on time, and super efficient. The carpet is exactly what I wanted and was installed very well. They even vacuumed the new carpet upon install, which I thought was a nice touch.

I had a great experience with Carpet Outlet, which is family owned. I had wall to wall carpet placed in 3 rooms. I drove from Campbell to go to Gilroy, where they are located because they have competitive pricing, better than stores in San Jose.
